The tee does the talking

There’s a sports car in EGLAF’s EG Sports campaign, but the red piping on the black tee holds its own. It curves around the shoulders and down the sides, breaking up a loose, boxy shape. Beside it, a white-and-teal version is worn with matching shorts, long socks and trainers.

The tennis rackets and courtside setting make the reference obvious. These are still clothes you can picture wearing to lunch afterwards: roomy tees, shorts and a few good graphics. EGLAF calls the collection EG Sports.

The clothes get a proper outing on @eglafofficial. The recent posts move between court photographs, outfit layouts and short films. It’s a useful way to see the proportions alongside the close-up product shots.

The two reels below were posted on 23 October and 24 October. The photographs above come from the brand’s 18 October and 21 October posts.

Behind the scenes of EGLAF’s EG Sports campaign: printed reference sheets, models on a green tennis court, close-ups of trainers and sportswear, and a camera operator filming a model beside a sports car. The sequence includes the back of a light-coloured graphic T-shirt and ends with EGLAF clothing draped over a tennis-ball basket beside a red racket.

Models present EGLAF sportswear through quick close-up cuts. A black T-shirt has red piping and a large EGLAF chest logo; a light-coloured version has a green logo. Later shots show a fitted black top and a sleeveless collared top, followed by an EG Sports logo on a black background.

A different kind of local detail

There’s another side to EGLAF in Born Locally. The campaign swaps the court for timber walls, patterned fabric and a stacked food carrier. The T-shirts are just as relaxed; the references are closer to home.

Look at the back of the royal-blue Define Yourself tee. Under the lettering is a small medallion drawn from Nyonya tile motifs, according to EGLAF’s product description. It’s the detail that makes this one worth turning around for. The brand’s familiar “Define Yourself” line does the rest.

Three pieces worth a look

The black Racing Panel Tee is the obvious place to start if the campaign caught your attention. The blue Born Locally tee is more about the back graphic. For something louder, there’s the After Game jersey, with its navy-to-pink gradient and oversized 22.
